Designs Details

Provide us the designs you want to make.
It can be physical
samples/images/sketches/draft/tech packs etc.
Please include the size chart if available

If you need technical assistance with your design, our 20-year-experienced R&D team is ready to help you.

Confirm Details and Quote

We’ll provide the sample fee based on the confirmed design details you provide.
After sample production, we’ll provide a quotation for bulk production based on your final purchase quantity.
Once the sample fee is confirmed and payment is completed, we’ll move to the sampling process.

Samples Development

Sample fee will be refunded when the bulk order quantity reaches 200pcs.
We will source fabrics based on the designs for approval before sampling.
Samples will be created according to the selected fabric and designs details provided.
Once the samples are ready, photos of the samples will be sent for approval before dispatch.
Optional fabric and color card can be sent together with the samples.
Sample lead time – 7-15 working days.
Final production prices will be advised after samples are made and approved.

Bulk Order Production

Once the samples are approved and the order is placed, production will start.
We usually require a deposit of the order amount before beginning production. The balance is due before shipment.
Packing trims, labels, etc., need to be provided when the order is placed.
Production lead time will be advised before the order is placed. It usually takes 20-45 working days.

Packaging and Shipments

Packaging and Shipments
Packaging can be customized according to your specific requirements.
Shipments will be arranged after the quality check.
Customers can provide their own forwarders, or we can use ours for the shipments.
We are flexible to ship by sea, air, or courier.
Terms: EXW, FOB, DDP, etc.
After-sales service will be provided once the shipment is completed.
